UN Women aims through an organization to develop a twofold advocacy strategy

Advocate with two media houses in South Africa and Swaziland to institute gender sensitive reporting rewards and incentives; with two media houses in South Africa and Swaziland for gender sensitive reporting and appropriate budgeting.Both strategies seek to identify incentives that encourage the implementation of Gender Equality and Women’s Human Rights across media institutions. 2.GENDER SUPPORT PROGRAMME – 2010 CALL FOR PROPOSALS

UN Women is pleased to announce the 2010 call for proposals for the Gender Support Programme (GSP), a multi-donor initiative dedicated to the advancement of gender equality, equity and women’s empowerment in Zimbabwe at local and national levels. GSP is currently funded by the European Commission (EC) and The British Department for International Development (DFID) and the Royal Danish Embassy.
